XOXO, God Return Policy
We understand that buying clothing online is difficult. We truly hope that you LOVE your XOXO, God Merchandise. Each product ordered from the XOXO, God store is custom made to order; we do not stock an inventory. Before placing clothing orders, please refer to the sizing charts listed for each product to ensure to terrific fit!
Order Corrections
It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. There is a sizing chart available for each product so you can verify sizing for each garment.
If you need to make a correction to your order, please contact customer support (support@xoxogod.org) within 24 hours so that we can edit your order before it goes to production.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 2 easy options:
1) Exchange
Your package arrives, you LOVE it, it's just the wrong size or color? We get it! It happens to us too! We will gladly exchange unworn/unwashed apparel as long as the size or color is still available for production. The deadline to request an exchange is 14 days from the delivery confirmation date. To begin processing an exchange, contact us at support@xoxogod.org and we will work with you on the exchange to make sure your purchase is perfect!
2) Refund
If you are unhappy with your merchandise, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@xoxogod.org to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received this RMA number, simply mail us back the merchandise to the address we provide and we will issue you a refund to the method of payment used for the purchase. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and have all original tags attached. Because our products are custom made to order, all returns will incur a $5 restocking fee per product, unless they are the result of a printing error. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs, and it is recommended that you use an insured, trackable shipping service. The deadline to request a refund is 14 days from the delivery confirmation date.
3) Exchange
Your package arrives, you LOVE it, it's just the wrong size or color? We get it! It happens to us too! We will gladly exchange unworn/unwashed apparel as long as the size or color is still available for production. There is a maximum of 2 exchanges allowed per order. The deadline to request an exchange is 14 days from the delivery confirmation date. To begin processing an exchange, contact us at support@xoxogod.org and we will work with you on the exchange to make sure your purchase is perfect!
If there is an error in your product, please contact us immediately at support@xoxogod.org. Include your order number in all communications.
